Saskatoon SK – National Basketball League of Canada is bringing the first western NBL game to the new The Merlis Belsher Place Friday, November 2nd, 2018, when the reigning Champion London Lightning take on the Halifax Hurricanes, a repeat of the 2018 championship finals.

The Hon. Ken Cheveldayoff was on hand for Monday's announcement and is looking forward to seeing professional basketball in the province.
"The Government of Saskatchewan is pleased to welcome the National Basketball League of Canada to Saskatoon. John Graham has a history of providing top level professional sporting entertainment for Saskatchewan fans and we look forward to this exciting event November 2nd.
Saskatchewan has a growing community of basketball fans, and the popularity of the sport continues to rise.

Tickets go on sale on Saturday, September 29th prices range from $10 to $55 plus applicable fees.
